Returns

You may return your watch within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The watch must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• It must be in its original packaging.

• All tags, protective films, and accessories must be included.

• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns if:

• The watch shows signs of wear, scratches, or damage caused by use.

• The protective seal has been removed (if applicable).

• The item was marked as final sale or clearance.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If your watch arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement if available.

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
